About Brian Wittman

So this is where I tell you my story. It’s where you learn why I do what I do and how I got started. So why don’t we start with that?

I’ve been involved in Real Estate as a Realtor® for over 5 years now. I got into real estate while working as a firefighter/paramedic. It was my long-term plan to switch to real estate as my career as a firefighter/paramedic was winding down. Well, that’s kinda changed now... but more about that later.

Before I was a firefighter/paramedic, I worked in banking. I did business sales, equity loans, mortgage referrals, bank investing (like CDs and money markets), as well as investment referrals (like investments into life insurance and mutual fund purchases). I was really good at helping people with their finances and my favorite was finding equity in their home. I learned entry-level real estate info during that time.

While working as a firefighter/paramedic, a good friend of mine saw that I was dedicated to perfecting my craft and found out my history, and saw how well I connected with people. She made sure I knew how good I might be. It took little convincing to get me to take my licensing class.

So that brings me to this point in my story! I’ve bounced around to a couple of brokerages and now I think I really found a home at HomeSmart! Keep in mind, I still work as a firefighter/paramedic, and I still love doing it! Remember that my goal is to switch to Real Estate and now I want to do some investing. So what made me switch to HomeSmart?! It felt good to be there. I know a location doesn’t mean much but the way they interact, the benefits they offer, and the support they have seem to be a great fit for me!

Now, why choose me to help you with either? Well, if you call 9-1-1 in the town where I work, you don’t have a choice! The things that have helped me progress as a firefighter/paramedic, have helped me become the Realtor® I am. I work to provide the best customer service to both clients and customers by being friendly, aggressive and proactive, observant, flexible, and convenient. That’s why I call myself the blue jean Realtor®. I work hard every day to maintain those attributes! I’m also very tech-savvy and love the fact I can get out and work where you need me!
